PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)

for the provision of legal services for the execution of documents

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 This public agreement is an official offer of "Way to Dream.O.K." LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) to any person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) to conclude an agreement on the basis of Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is considered to be:

• placing an order on the website

• payment for services

• signing the declaration of accession

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide legal services for the execution of documents, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them.

3. TERMS OF SERVICE
3.1. Terms of execution:

• Indicated on the Contractor's website

• Subject to change for objective reasons with notice to the Customer

3.2. Cost of services:

• Determined by the Contractor's tariffs

• Agreed with the Customer before payment

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
4.1 The Contractor undertakes to:

• Provide services in a quality and timely manner

• Maintain data confidentiality

• Return the original documents

4.2. The Customer undertakes to:

• Provide the necessary documents

• Pay for services within the established time frame

• Report changes to contact information

5. PAYMENT AND LIABILITY
5.1. Payment is made:

• 100% before starting work

• To the current account of the Contractor

5.2. In case of refusal of the Customer:

• Deducted 20% of the cost when work is not started

• Full cost at the start of work

6. FORCE MAJOR
6.1. The Parties shall be released from liability in case of:

• Natural disasters

• Actions of state authorities

• Technical failures of registries

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1. Disputes are resolved:

• Through negotiations

• In court under the laws of Ukraine

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. The Agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance.
8.2. The Contractor shall have the right to make changes to the offer with notice to the Customers.
